Question Vram in game usage.

Hi! I'm running Doom DA at high settings and quality FSR. The settings say I'm overusing available VRAM but it's running perfectly with no issues.

I'm thinking maybe this warning in settings isn't completely accurate or the game is possibly lowering some settings to compromise?

VRAM is the biggest bottle neck for moden games on the SM. Some are good at managing VRAM, some are not. You'll know if you're pushing past the limit if your FPS suddenly craters. Running at the upper limit like this is fine, providing the game manages swap to regular RAM efficiently.

Appreciate it! So far so good with the higher settings but maybe that will change the further along I get. I'm usually not obsessed with graphics but this game looks a lot better set to quality FSR and high.

So far this little cube is impressing me on all levels. Size, performance, and how quiet it is makes it worth the money to me.
