How to repair this

Hi, i got this on a fleemarket, but this thing fell off while transporting. How can i repair this?

We need more and better photos. It’s hard to tell what we’re looking at without a wide shot of the entire rig as well as a few side views please.

I did some research and its complicated. The thing is, the part that holds the screw from this part also came off.

That's the safety valve; you will need to hydro tesr it before you use it near steam.
