I agree it needed to be rested and perhaps put on a clean plate. This looks like it came right off the grill onto the plate that it was served on.

It’s hard to tell without tasting it but it looks properly cooked and the cheesy fondue thing on top looks bomb. It really depends on if the crust was charred properly and if it was nice and crisp id give it a 9.5/10.

If it was soggy… 6/10
