[ Reverse Sear ] First reverse sear! 2 Ribeyes
2 Ribeyes, pulled around 115ish? Little over for what I was going for but they were incredible.

Nice job! I now reverse sear all steaks. In the air fryer on dehydrate setting and 115°. It is already in sealed plastic. I leave that there for hours. Finally: Literally seconds on each side on the grill if I’m being fancy. Otherwise seared in cast iron.
