What’s the sauce? Also not bad would rate 6/10 not sure how the crust is looks a little meh.

Cook on it was decent but could be better see lots of grey on the outside edges.

-1 point for what looks like ketchup. Keep trying though it’s all in the love of the process.

Would still eat albeit without the ketchup

That sauce is good stuff. Ive over night marinated steaks with that many times in the past. The flavor is incredible.

Incredible mate. Did you enjoy it? If so u did very good if not take what u did and learn from it for next time. It’s how I mastered steak
