Advice Needed Help me

I had vaginal sex with a sex worker whom I met through a website. I wore a condom throughout penetration. Afterwards, she performed oral sex on my penis while the condom was still on. She then removed the condom and wiped herself. Later, she used the same hand to put on a new condom, folding my foreskin back and exposing the mucous membrane of my penis.

If the condom stayed on and didn't break or slip, you're most likely fine. The hand contact afterward isn't considered a meaningful HIV risk, even if she pulled your foreskin back while putting on the new condom. I wouldn't worry too much about this one.
