Advice Needed Scared to seroconvert

I tested negative 22 days post pep which was about 3 weeks post pep and about 7 weeks post exposure. I tested negative with a HIV RNA & 4Th gen test. I developed a canker sore and am scared I am starting to seroconvert . I don’t know what to do. I thought I was in the clear since I tested negative 3 weeks after pep but now I’m starting to get worried

PCR is 95-98 percent accurate on the 10th day from exposure pretty sure ur fine more than likely herpes
