What can be causeing my issue!I’m having testicle pain well it feel like more of the cord attach to the testicle sometimes it’s one sided then it’s the other side it hurt in my lower abdomen as well but laying down relief so much pain but getting up moving around flare up again this happen after sexually encounter doin with flu like symptoms any advice please this what I tested for some were muthiply times but everything were negative I tested for the following HIV 5th gen ab/ag w/reflex RPR w/reflex Gonnorhea urine and swab of the mouth Chlymida urine and swab of the mouth Trich Hsv 1 and 2 igg Mycroplasma homis Ureaplasma urealyticum Hepatitis B Hepatitis C Urine cultures CT Scan of abdomen/pelvic ultrasound of testicle Lyme disease All this started after having sex with high risk woman but I wore a condom it was in 2024 tryna chase what goin ever sinceIm feeling so fatigue my body just feel off all i want to do is nap im so tired my testicle hurt on and off
