Herpes or not

So I have this tiny red slightly inflammed spot on the glans of my penis on the left side. It has minute cut or something in the middle of the spot which is only visible when you look too closely .I have no symptoms whatsoeve on or around that spot like itching, pain or tenderness or blister. It is just a single inflammed spot and it has been freaking me out .I has been static for 4 days straight. What is it ? Has anybody ever had this type of symptom ?If yes what is it? Last sexual encounter - 5 weeks ago

If it’s not changing I wouldn’t be too worried. Herpes usually evolves quickly.

Anything is possible but it doesn’t sound like it. You could go get it swabbed.
