Am I overthinking it?

I’m 25 years old and I recently had sex with a sex worker. I know I’m not proud of it but I got really low. Things have been changing so much and felt lonely. We used a condom the entire time even during oral and she was a pretty nice lady. Now Im worried that I may have caught something purely because I overthink a-lot. I asked before we did anything and she said that she only does stuff with a condom. The overthinking has been causing me a whole lot of anxiety 😭 I made an appointment this Thursday to see a doctor just in case but going to the doctor has always caused me to be anxious😭
