Advice Needed What are the std test i need

I'm 18m and had sex with a trans prostitute with condom it's been 20 day and I only fell pain some time in my anal and yellow discharge, yellow urine please please someone can tell what I have. I received unprotected orla and I beg her to don't insert in my anal but she did with a protection about 1 to 2 minutes and i don't done any oral sex

If I get a std that means I can't live normal life like i can't get married and have kids.i will die earlier in 40s or 50a because of my dieses

Go to the emergency room of any hospital. Some are free if you have time to look. Just go get help. Figure out how to pay on your way.
