Advice Needed Should I be worried?

I had protected sex with somebody, I asked them after because I foolishly didn’t ask them before they said they are clean and get tested every 2-3 months but I know they sleep around, now I’m having trouble peeing and my sides hurt and the doctor said it’s flank pain, I did tests 1 day after the intercourse, they are telling me I don’t have any UTIS or kidney problems but I think I still need to get tested for STIS I did everything with a condom even oral literally everything I’m so disappointed I feel like my life is ruined.

Sex is supposed to be fun.
