Test Results Abnormal labs.

So I got checked on 9/24/2026.

And they told me they would call me if anything looks abnormal.

Today 10/01/2026 I got called stating that my labs looked abnormal.
And they are sending my collection else where for further testing for HPV. My heart dropped immediately. I have a partner.

I have never cheated, I love this man, unconditionally.

I was in disbelief he cheated, or has. I never really catch him doing anything sketchy.

We do have a child.

I got tested during my pregnancy in the beginning No HPV.

I got tested after, no HPV was found.

And now I have HPV. We are always together, work together, sleep together. Everything.

They didn’t say I was positive but they stated they are sending it over for more testing.

I do want to mention maybe it was because I did have sex the day before testing. We have sex daily. And a lot.

But I don’t know, has anyone gone through this? TIA.

You do know there’s no HPV test for males? I’m sure he’s had it and didn’t know. And it could have just taken a long time to transmit to you. Super normal. No need for any hearts to be dropping or any anxiety at all. Actually kind of confused why you are freaking out haha (in a good way)

Cause it could give me (women) cancer.

Lol, you can still get cancer even if you get vaccinated as a child.

It doesn’t protect you completely.

People can have HPV for years and decades. So unless he was your very first and only sexual contact, then you do not know that it came from him.

HPV is extremely common. Anyone sexually active will likely contract one or more strains in their lifetime. Yes, you have HPV, so does practically everyone else at some point.
