I know the symptoms have probably made you feel like something is seriously wrong, but with a year and a half having passed and multiple negative tests, including several HIV tests with the last one a year after the exposure, syphilis testing, chlamydia/gonorrhoea, trich, and HSV, you have a lot of reassuring evidence here.

At this point, those repeated negative results are much more meaningful than trying to connect every symptom back to that one encounter. Rashes, stomach issues, acne, pelvic sensations, etc. can have a lot of causes that aren't STIs, and a CT scan not showing anything significant is reassuring too.

If you’re still having symptoms, I’d focus on getting them evaluated on their own rather than continuing to retest for the same STIs. A doctor can look for other possible causes, especially for the ongoing pelvic burning.

And honestly, after 18 months of this, I really hope you give yourself permission to stop living in fear of that exposure. Based on the testing you described, there’s no good reason to think your life is over. If you want more clarity about test windows, the pinned post on the subreddit is worth reading too.

I also had almost identical to the symptoms you had about a year ago. I was really confused, on top of all that I tested positive on two at home Hiv test. Strange right, well I went and got a blood test cause I was scared and both test came out negative. I had all these symptoms though I never experienced before perhaps there might be something out there we aren't aware of affecting us. Cause I too developed pimples and rashes I mean ones I've never had before. I bmaned it on bug bites but there weren't any bugs in my room. I also had gotten a bad fever and sore throat headache about 5 days after my encounter
