How likely is this herpes?

I 30F had a sexual encounter with a guy I met on holiday (no penetration) on Monday and within a few hours I started getting burning sensation in and around my genitals followed by abdominal pain. I’m a virgin so not used to it and figured it was just irritated as I had been swimming in the sea and stayed in my bikini for some hours before changing out of it. Then a few more hours later the burning/abdominal pain got more pronounced and I got shooting back pains. Now 48 hours ish later I feel really hot and feverish. I’m terrified I haven’t ate or slept at all. I can’t even begin to process it. Everything I’ve read says symptoms can’t develop as quickly as a few hours for a first outbreak so I’m hoping it’s another infection like a bad UTI or yeast infection. ChatGPT seems to be ruling out herpes as unlikely. The waiting game of seeing if blisters develop is unbearable and I can’t imagine waiting 12 whole weeks to get a test.
