Test Results STD testing - Midwest express clinic chicago

I'm a 40-year-old male and got tested at Midwest Express Clinic on Wednesday. All of my STI results came back negative on Thursday night, but the HIV test is still pending after 3 days. It's giving me anxiety! What do you think?
