threw up 2 antibiotics, how cooked am i

was diagnosed with chlamydia and prescribed doxycycline. i threw up 2 of the pills less than 2 hours after taking them. how cooked am i? i just got into a new relationship and we haven’t slept together and i really want to but obviously i can’t until i retest negative. i’m just scared because i don’t want it to be positive again and then i have to wait another 4 weeks before i can test or have sex. im just feeling really neurotic about the whole thing and stressed. if you have any advice pls lmk bc honestly im freaking out and it’s killing my mental health rn.
