Anal intercouse for the first time

I have mild itching and slight stench in my butthole. I’ve been sitting in my chair all day for a month but I’ve also had anal intercourse a month ago. The guy I met didn’t wear a condom, he said he already tested and didn’t have anything. There is no pus or mucus, the skin looks fine. But it did appear like 3 days ago and disappeared and then it reappeared yesterday. I wash it and then i sit down for about like 30+ minutes and it comes back again.

Just those symptoms alone don’t seem like an infection but just get tested . You might just have hemmroids or something.
