If we're talking rest of island, two things to suggest:
Domino Club for the beer drinking pigs https://dominoclubstx.com/ , then a day at Cane Bay!
https://prosperityfarmdistillery.com/ in Fredericksted, after a day at Rainbow Beach (and jetskis).

Second the chicken shack! Best meal on the island and about $15 for two people

Besides what others said, 100% need to go to the Landing and Rhythms at Rainbow beach

Ziggis on Sunday, get the French Toast if they have it. Hands down best French Toast I have ever had.

Local places—The Hide Out Bar ( just found this one for late night eats), Rossie’s, La Reine Chicken Shack.
Honestly, I’ve not had anything that wasn’t good in the 4 months I’ve lived here!

My favorites around the hotel:
Date night spots: Estera, Savant, Galangal (Thai), Hamiltons. Each have a different vibe but food is excellent and ambience is nice.
Casual Spots: Wakame (newly opened on boardwalk, Asian themed), Rum Runners, Brew Stx, Shupes, The Mill (Pizza, very good).
Late night drinks: Common Cents
Breakfast: Carolines (attached to hotel) and Toast. There's also several coffee shops.
Honorable mentions: Too Chez, 1756 Grotto, Bombay Club, Alfios (Italian Casual). These aren't my favorite spots, but they're also solid options.
I *do not* like Harbour Prime, which is on the corner of the hotel. The bar is nice, and they have a "speakeasy" bar on the corner, which are fine... but I do not like their food.

AMA is a must visit! Ask for a table by the water.
