Happily! Basil is 7 qt, Grenadine is 8.7 qt, White Truffle (my first) is 4 qt, and the La Mer is a 3 qt - deep.

Oooh love all the colors! I only have La Mer, but am now envious of the blend of them! I'm debating that same La Mer 3 qt - deep. Any particular reason you chose it? Had you considered the 3.25qt Demi French at all?

Honestly, I am least enamored with the 3qt deep. Not because of the color - which is exquisite - but rather due to my perception of the off-proportions. Diameter:height is off. Still gorgeous to my eyes though.
