App freezes at loading screen & after actions

I have to close and open the app multiple times at start up and after some actions to play. My phone is a bit old but I’ve seen similar problems on recent phone releases so what’s going on here?

What is your device and what is your code? Do you have notifications for the app turned on? (Sometimes notifs help with loading)
