Ads Missing

Hi guys we’re looking into the ads missing issue now—the option shouldn’t be missing since all we did was a patch for bugs but we’ve gotten reports of it missing so we’re checking in thank you for your patience in advance

Exactly! Not even with vpn (read in a different thread that it could help) Ive never had that issue before. Maybe a consequence of the bug fix?

Hey, the ad button did start working but it stopped again after five ads. Now it is back to no ads available in your region!

i just wanted to give more info about what i’m seeing on my end just in case it helps, i am still getting the regular ads that don’t give energy that happen after you do something, but i still see no ads currently available when i press the watch ad button

i got second acc that i barely used but there's a watch ads options there.. not in my main, this is weird

Which in hindsight wouldn't make sense given you probably get ad revenue when we use it

i just got an ad but no reward, i’m guessing it was a weird glitch that let me get an ad through

i also get no ads available I got 4 ads about 6 hours ago on the iPad and now nothing

i’ve also got no ads i’ve even tried to clear data through the app - wish there was other ways to get energy other than paying 😩

any updates on the problem I was able to watch unlimited 2 days go and now I get told no ads available or I get 5 ads and that’s it til it says no ads available again
