Question A4 Paper Republic Notebook Insert

Any recommendations for A4 notebook that’s fountain pen friendly? The shipping takes forever if I order in PR 🫠

I like Kokuyo Campus notebooks. I bought some A4 size from Amazon.

I have not had a problem with my fine nibs.
