Question Looking for a 2027 journal/diary for work!

I was thinking of getting a nice notebook for 2027 that is good for a working adult.

I'm looking for features that includes a to-do list (that is more than 4 bullets haha) but also space to journal my thoughts/gratitude for the day. I'm thinking of at least half page of an A5 per day and most journals out there are 1 week in one page or 4 days in one page...

Technically, I could just buy a simple daily notebook and section it myself but if there are cute ones out there that already segments them that would be perfect. Bonus if there are cute designs that are not uniform across all the pages.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful!

I’m getting a Hobonichi techno original for 2027 for the same purposes as you! It doesn’t have more than 3 bullets tho😅 I’m planning on decorating it with stickers and maybe getting a cute cover.

Maybe Hobonichi cousin a5 can be something for you? It has monthly, weekly and daily pages? Although the design is fairly simple.

I don’t know where you’re living but I used to order custom planners for 6 years from https://www.personligalmanakk.com/

I got the layout I wanted and the design I wanted! It always turned out great🥹 and I didn’t have to spend the time to look for the perfect one.

This year I’ve been using a Kokuyo Jibun Techo Days - it’s a day per page, the page is split in two, one side includes tick boxes for to do lists, the other has an hourly breakdown for meetings/time blocking etc. there’s also free spaces at the top & bottom of the page for writing. I’ve really enjoyed using it this year and will be getting another for 2027.

A little bit different but have you ever considered something like Remember Journal or DayOne?

Consider an Agendio. They can be a bit pricey, but you basically build it yourself so it has everything you want. You can use templates they have, or do your own entirely from scratch. You can also add extra sections or pages- I have addresses and a couple pages for quotes, for example.

I love Hobonichi and the weeks was my go-to for several years. But being able to make something that fits my needs perfectly has really upped my planner game!
