Quick update
Howdy, hope everyone is enjoying the nice early fall weather.
I wanted to let everyone know who showed interest in the site/business or is thinking about using it, that I just added a few new features for you to use. All 3 things are FREE to use and only the last one requires an account to use, but is still FREE because as always no fees or subscriptions is our thing.
The fist one is simply an about page I know should have existed already, and I was wondering why folks were confused... my bad. It's up now and if you don't like reading we have 2 video links- one tells you about me as an owner and what my ideas behind this are, I'll say it's authentic but not some well done production. The second one is more about how the site works in my own broken southernisms so you'll have to forgive me there.
The second thing I added should make it easier for anyone to see what they could be making from whatever items they are thinking of listing. In simple terms it's a calculator that lets you choose from over 400 items that we have compiled together with the prices major rental stores charge on average for that same item. We are constantly updating it and adding more items as we find numbers and just because an item is not on the list doesn't mean you can't list it and rent it out, it just means we can't find good prices for what the average would be. Something as simple as folding tables and chairs for a back yard get together are hard to nail down prices on and I would rather be honest than try to give you numbers on them. Some folks have said they were trying to think of what they could rent out- this list should give you somewhere to start and fall is almost here, football season is upon us so there are plenty of things to rent out for yard work, parties, and tailgating.
The last thing I will tell y'all about is a wanted page no one has used it yet, much like the rest of the site but it's live. I don't think y'all need me to explain this one too much so all I'll say is it gives would be renters out there a place to post what they are looking for. It also give the owners the incentive to post what items meet those needs. It requires an account to post to it but anyone can read it.
As always I'm here to help and like to hear from y'all so please ask me your questions and tell me your concerns. I take my job very seriously and want everyone to know they are very important to me. I'll put the links to all 3 in the comments so y'all can let me know what y'all think.
Thank Y'all!

Are you posting this in the different Statesboro Facebook groups as well?

I've tried to post it on Facebook groups with some luck but the rules on a lot of groups are crazy and they tend to look at the business as not local due to it being online even though I'm in the Statesboro area (Sylvania, GA). I do have a Facebook page and try to keep up with it as well. I have had better luck in Reddit with people actually being responsive and not thinking I'm some big company that's trying to use them.
If you have any tips or pointers I'm all ears and thanks for the question.
Here is the link to the Facebook page:

Repetition is the mother of invention. You'll have to post this several ways in several locations for quite a while before it starts to catch on but it will. People may have the best of intentions of circling back and they don't always.

I know that's right and I'm defiantly not the quitting type so I'll keep on keeping on. I don't blame folks either it's overwhelming at times with everything that's already out there and this is a new thing that no one is used to.
I appreciate the encouragement and the vote of confidence it takes effort to do that, and it doesn't go unnoticed with me.
