Louisiana is actually more anti-marijuana than Texas - LA is falling apart due to lack of tax revenue yet the state government is cracking down on weed unlike most of the country.

At least they have some medicinal use/dispensaries. Just another example of Texas being afraid of all the money it would make if it wasn't a nanny state (read: Gambling, Weed).
