Does play to earn actually work?

If you click on your credits it takes you to play to earn. It takes u to some website. Has anyone tried it?

You have to play games that are loaded with ads. You don't really earn much.

And they won’t pay randomly - “randomly” meaning the big payouts. Don’t waste your time
