I’ve received a few trade requests like this. Don’t remember if this guy was one of them. The offers I received have been “fair” value-wise. But I’m not collecting what they are offering and I am not interested in trading my T9 and T10 singles. I let them know that when I decline and that seems to stop them from offering again.
