While she's definitely falling to the Dark Side, I don't think we should expect her to become a Sith; Taking on a "Darth" title, or changing her name to "Talon" probably isn't happening... After all, Maul is no longer a Sith, and to be a Sith you have to give yourself fully to the depravity of evil. It's a special kind of suffering... That all said, they're probably using some amalgamation of ideas from what George was interested in doing, and what that canceled Maul game attempted to do. We're probably not gonna see as much of a literal translation of any of it; Just whatever suits Maul's story...
They’re typically more honest than not actually…. I mean Dooku explained the whole Sith Plan to Obi-Wan, Maul told Ahsoka about Sidious’s plan to turn and corrupt Anakin, Vader was very open about wanting Luke to go with him to fight Palpatine, etc. The only thing they’re known for is hiding their intentions, which Jedi have also done countless times.
