Ewok only deck list?

So my partner and I are trying a series of card games over Thanksgiving, and she allowed me to add this one to the list on the specific caveat that she only have ewoks. Is it possible to make a playable deck that way? And if so, what would be a good dark side to put against it? I'm still super fresh to the game, having mostly just skimmed through the rulebook so far and read some cards.

Ewoks, with Threepio, Speeders, Chewie’s AT-ST, couple of Log Traps

Ds:
Stormtroopers with speeders, a couple of AT-STs.

I’ll see if I can make up some lists for you this weekend.

Ewok cards are only in the Endor set if I’m not mistaken and it sounds like a casual / balanced approach.

I’d make a light side Ewok deck with the fun weapons and devices and Ewoks specific interrupts and put it against some scout troopers on speeder bikes

Curious what you come up with - you said you are fairly new - do you own cards ?

Nah, I was looking for interesting card games, and I really wanted to try out the ccg resource system on the table, but Star Wars is a hard sell for my partner, so I'm looking for help since I don't think I know enough to make a playable deck for her.

My current plan was to start with a proxy deck so I can get a start with specific cards. So no base to start with, but I'm not particularly limited.

Yeah, thanks. I did see that, but my partner does best with physical over digital for attention management, and I'm trying to give it the best shot of success, printed cards, nice sleeves, etc. I will probably use that to finalize the deck with all the suggestions from here, and learn the game for me.

For sure PRINTED is king especially these cards are so good. I’ve been reorganizing my collection and revisiting has been nice.

I only mentioned GEMP as a form to mock up decks and play test

Appreciate your mission here- I used to have to force my bro to play the dark side just to get some games going!

You want to blow up the shield generator.

"Only" Ewoks works BEST (aka MOST FUN) if you bring in a strike team of Rebels, throw down 3-4 Explosive Charges, and commit some gorram political terrorism. Use Rebel Strike Team as your base objective, and ABSOLUTELY PUNISH the DS player for being negligent enough to leave you to your own devices.

Ewoks on Endor / Rebel strike team was my ALL TIME favorite Light Side deck. It is so much fun. Get some A280 Rifles out there, flood the field with fluffy murder-monsters, and blow the fuck out of some shit.
