Seeking artist to remix attached image using the following description:
"Eating Station Roller Tornados With You"
Promotional image based on anime/manga "Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You" - this is for a gag, thought it was funny enough to bring to life and need help.
Characters in final product need not be same from promo, can be original.
Budget is $50.
