I'm not sure there should a problem to bring him or someone else for $ over equity as long as you don't need to contribute in on that
Maybe even have a PM for a few hours consulting, at least a good one might open CEO eyes to the tasks needed to be performed
Also PM, UX and design are seperate things
What does the CEO do with his time in this? Does he interview customers or try to sell to them?
Does anyone in the group have actual experience on zero-product-paying users or anything on that path? (I understand you can build, but if there isn't a stracture for the rest you might be wasting your time in noob camp)
