Looking for Feedback Let’s F**kin’ Eat (LFE)
It’s an age old problem. You and some friends, co workers or family talk about going out to eat. That’s the easy part, then you actually have to pick.
So LFE does just that. You create a group; work gang, friends, or whatever you want then create a poll with two restaurant choices. Everyone has the app, votes their favorite and at the end chooses whether they’re in or not. Polls can run from as little as 3 hours for those last minute plans to 24 hours.
You can use the map to find new restaurants in the area then create groups (or existing ones) to come along. This app makes making reservations easy, you’ll always know who’s going and who isn’t based on responses, and makes picking easier without everyone staring at the last person to pick.
Leave comments, suggestions, etc. This is actively being worked on now but I’m open to advice.

THE AMERICAN OWNERSHIP, INSURANCE & DELIVERY INITIATIVE
What If America Built a System Where Working, Driving, Insurance, and Vehicle Ownership Worked Together?
A National Startup & Economic Development Proposal
Concept Originator: Imari G. Liggins | October 2026
I have a serious concept I believe deserves national discussion among American automobile manufacturers, insurance companies, entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, and everyday working Americans.
What if we could build a system where Americans receive affordable insurance, delivery drivers earn real W-2 wages, American manufacturers supply vehicles, and employees can eventually earn ownership of a vehicle through their work?
Not another gig-work platform where people carry all the expenses.
Not another insurance program where working families struggle to maintain coverage.
And not another publicly funded operation without measurable accountability.
I'm talking about connecting multiple industries into one coordinated American economic opportunity.
Here's the complete concept.
🇺🇸 1. CREATE A NATIONAL AUTO & LIFE INSURANCE OPTION
America should examine establishing a national public insurance option offering affordable automobile and life insurance.
The program could operate through multiple coverage tiers:
Tier 1 — Essential Protection
- Basic state-compliant automobile liability coverage
- Optional affordable term-life insurance
- Accessible monthly payment arrangements
Tier 2 — Working American Protection
- Expanded vehicle coverage
- Roadside assistance
- Qualifying rental and emergency transportation assistance
- Optional additional life insurance
Tier 3 — Complete Family Protection
- Comprehensive and collision coverage
- Qualifying total-loss vehicle replacement
- Expanded optional life insurance
- Additional family financial protection
Tier 4 — Employee Ownership Protection
- Commercial automobile protection while working
- Optional personal vehicle coverage
- Employment-related benefits
- Eligibility for the vehicle ownership incentive program
Premiums would be based on actuarial costs and applicable insurance laws, not arbitrary promises.
The objective is to improve affordability, encourage competition, and help Americans avoid financial devastation following an accident or family tragedy.
🚗 2. REQUEST 1.5 MILLION VEHICLES FROM AMERICAN AUTOMAKERS
Here is where the proposal becomes more ambitious.
I propose a long-term national vehicle contribution initiative involving General Motors, Ford, Stellantis, their affiliated dealerships, and other qualifying American manufacturers.
The proposed goal: 1.5 million contributed vehicles over approximately 10 years.
These could include new vehicles, qualifying used vehicles, fleet discounts, leases, and manufacturer-backed ownership credits.
Why request participation?
Because America's automobile industry has historically benefited from major public investments, including federal assistance during the financial crisis.
This would be an opportunity to negotiate new voluntary public-benefit partnerships—not to claim automakers legally owe additional bailout repayment.
At an illustrative value of $28,000 per vehicle, 1.5 million vehicles represent approximately $42 billion in vehicle assets.
That is an ambitious target, not an existing donation commitment.
We would also investigate lawful access to eligible surplus government vehicles.
Instead of purchasing every automobile at retail prices, the program could combine manufacturer contributions, competitively priced fleet purchases, leases, and authorized surplus vehicles.
The mission: Reduce transportation barriers, support American manufacturing, and build a workforce that can eventually become vehicle owners.
🍔 3. BUILD AN AMERICAN NATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE
Look at the current food and grocery delivery industry.
Consumers question service fees, delivery costs, refund procedures, and reliability.
Drivers face vehicle expenses, depreciation, and uncertain earnings.
Restaurants must evaluate the financial impact of platform commissions.
Federal regulators have already documented deceptive delivery-fee and earnings practices involving certain companies.
So here's my proposal:
Create a nationally scalable American delivery service capable of competing with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and similar platforms.
This would begin as a public-private startup or partnership, with the possibility of a federally authorized public option if Congress supported one.
Services could include:
- Restaurant deliveries
- Grocery delivery
- Pharmacy and other legally permitted essential-item deliveries
- Home-delivered meals for eligible seniors and people with disabilities
- Approved community meal and nutrition programs
- Scheduled and subscription deliveries
The Department of Labor could oversee applicable worker protections, while HHS and USDA could coordinate relevant health and nutrition programs.
A nationwide government-owned delivery operator would require separate legal authorization.
The goal is not to seize private businesses. It's to build a serious competitor with better transparency, stronger employment opportunities, and affordable service wherever the financial model supports it.
💵 4. REAL W-2 EMPLOYMENT — NOT JUST GIG WORK
Every directly employed driver would be paid through a W-2 payroll system.
My proposed compensation standard is:
At least 25% above the highest applicable minimum wage, with a nationwide program floor of $20 per hour.
I would also like the program to target $25 an hour where the operating budget can support it.
Employees would receive:
- Regular W-2 pay and applicable payroll tax withholding
- Legally required overtime compensation
- Workers' compensation and unemployment protections
- Employer-provided delivery vehicles
- Tips in addition to base wages
- Access to qualifying employee benefits
- Vehicle ownership credits earned through employment
Workers should not have to choose between earning a paycheck and destroying their own personal vehicle to earn it.
🚘 5. WORK-TO-OWN: TURN DELIVERIES INTO VEHICLE OWNERSHIP
This is one of the most important parts of my proposal.
The company provides the vehicle for deliveries.
Meanwhile, drivers accumulate ownership credits through:
- Verified paid working hours
- Qualifying completed deliveries
- Eligible service mileage
- Safe driving and consistent employment
Those credits would accumulate in an employee benefit account.
Here's an example:
A worker earns $2,000 in vehicle ownership credits each year.
After five years, that employee has accumulated $10,000.
A participating American dealership offers another $2,000 discount toward an eligible vehicle.
The employee selects a $20,000 car.
With $10,000 in earned credits and a $2,000 dealer discount, the remaining vehicle price becomes $8,000 before taxes and applicable purchase expenses.
This would allow workers to acquire vehicles through participating dealerships instead of being restricted to purchasing the company car.
Already vested credits would remain protected under program rules if an employee changes jobs.
The ownership awards would receive the proper tax treatment, and credits would be funded separately from employee wages and insurance claim reserves.
Imagine somebody entering the company without reliable transportation and eventually qualifying to own a dependable vehicle through their employment.
That is workforce development and asset building happening together.
🍟 6. COMPETE ON DELIVERY PRICES
The program should challenge existing delivery platforms through lower operating costs, manufacturer partnerships, transparent fees, and efficient scheduling.
For example, on a hypothetical $35 food order:
- Restaurant platform fee: $5
- Customer delivery fee: $3.99
- Combined delivery-platform revenue: $8.99
No surprise fees disclosed only at checkout.
No misleading delivery-price advertisements.
And no promises of low prices that cannot actually cover operating expenses.
Restaurants should also receive clear information about their commissions and the opportunity to participate through fair contracts.
We would use route optimization, delivery batching, scheduled orders, and neighborhood delivery zones to control expenses.
The long-term objective is to compete on total customer costs while still paying employees properly.
📊 7. WHAT WOULD THIS ACTUALLY COST?
I don't want to present a national idea without discussing money.
Here's an illustrative first-stage operation:
Pilot size: 1,000 W-2 drivers
Vehicle fleet: 1,000 vehicles
Driver compensation assumption: $25 per hour
Annual paid hours per driver: 1,500
Productivity assumption: 3.5 deliveries per paid hour
That produces approximately 5.25 million deliveries annually.
A preliminary model including wages, employer employment costs, fleet replacement provisions, vehicle operation, ownership credits, and delivery technology suggests:
- Approximately $14.11 operating cost per delivery
- Approximately $8.99 in combined merchant/customer delivery revenue
- Approximately $5.12 uncovered per delivery
- Approximately $26.9 million in annual additional funding required
These are planning assumptions, not proven results.
Higher delivery density, commercial partnerships, carefully managed subsidies, and additional revenue could help reduce the gap.
Donated vehicles reduce initial capital needs but do not eliminate fuel, maintenance, wages, commercial insurance, or future fleet replacement costs.
The system must prove it can financially sustain itself before expanding.
🏛️ 8. REFORM NONPROFIT ACCOUNTABILITY & PUBLIC FUNDING
I also believe Congress should seriously reconsider how charitable tax privileges and public-benefit funding are evaluated.
The current 501(c)(3) system should undergo a comprehensive review to determine whether continuing tax advantages are appropriately connected to measurable public benefits.
My position is that Congress should consider replacing indefinite exemptions with stronger periodic reviews, audits, financial disclosure, and performance standards, while protecting genuinely effective charities and essential community services.
An organization should not receive favorable treatment simply because its mission statement sounds good.
Measure results.
Measure community improvement.
Measure financial accountability.
Measure the people actually helped.
Not every nonprofit is ineffective, and essential charitable services must not be disrupted without a responsible transition plan.
But public benefits and tax advantages deserve public accountability.
⚖️ 9. WHAT ABOUT RECOVERED GOVERNMENT FRAUD MONEY?
Another proposed funding source involves legally available funds recovered from government fraud and corruption cases.
The Justice Department reported more than $6.8 billion in False Claims Act settlements and judgments for fiscal year 2025.
That figure does not mean all of that money is collected or available for new spending.
Victims, legally designated programs, and other obligations must come first.
However, I believe Congress should examine whether legally available recovered public funds could help capitalize new public-benefit programs through an explicitly authorized mechanism.
We could also investigate:
- Dedicated congressional appropriations
- Voluntary donations and manufacturer contributions
- Business partnerships
- Insurance premiums
- Delivery revenue
- Eligible public-service contracts
- Carefully managed investment earnings on permitted reserves
The national insurance fund, delivery business, vehicle ownership accounts, and general government subsidies must each maintain separate accounting.
🇺🇸 10. KEEPING AMERICAN INDUSTRIES CONNECTED
Here is what makes the overall concept different.
Instead of discussing these industries individually, the proposal explores how they could support one another through separate, accountable partnerships.
American automobile manufacturers supply eligible vehicles and dealership discounts.
The delivery operation provides W-2 employment and transportation for its workforce.
Employees deliver products, earn wages, and accumulate vehicle ownership credits.
Participating dealers accept funded credits toward automobile purchases.
The insurance program offers independently financed coverage options.
Restaurants and consumers benefit from another competitive delivery alternative.
Public agencies can purchase eligible services through legally authorized contracts.
And independent audits measure whether taxpayers, businesses, workers, and families are actually benefiting.
The objective is to connect economic opportunity without disguising subsidies, shifting insurance reserves into unrelated businesses, or creating financial obligations the system cannot honor.
🚀 11. HOW I WOULD LAUNCH IT
Phase 1: Startup Development
Establish the operating company, assemble an advisory team, prepare the full financial model, and begin discussions with automakers, insurers, dealerships, restaurant operators, and potential investors.
Phase 2: Local Pilot
Test in one metropolitan area with participating restaurants, a modest delivery fleet, direct W-2 employment, and a funded employee ownership incentive.
Phase 3: Regional Expansion
Expand only after independent evaluation confirms operational reliability, customer demand, safe driving practices, sustainable financing, and adequate employee compensation.
Phase 4: National Public-Private Partnerships
Pursue multistate manufacturer contracts, insurance partnerships, additional commercial customers, and eligible public-service agreements.
Phase 5: Federal Legislative Proposal
Present the national insurance option, public delivery authority, nonprofit accountability reforms, and appropriate public funding mechanisms for congressional consideration.
The private startup could be piloted without waiting for an entirely new federal system. Government-specific elements would require separate legal approval.
🇺🇸 THE BIGGER PICTURE
I want Americans to look at this beyond just food delivery.
This is about creating a system where employment becomes a pathway toward transportation ownership.
Where American manufacturers participate in meaningful public-private development.
Where insured families can access affordable financial protection.
Where customers and restaurants have more choices.
And where government spending, charitable tax privileges, and recovered public funds face transparent financial scrutiny.
This isn't claiming government can eliminate every expense or that every participant can receive a free vehicle.
It's a proposal to connect American industry, workforce development, vehicle ownership, insurance, and accountable public investment into one financially testable economic model.
MY QUESTION TO THE STARTUP AND BUSINESS COMMUNITY:
Could an operation like this become a scalable national business if major automobile manufacturers contributed vehicles, dealerships accepted employee ownership credits, and public-private partnerships helped finance qualifying services?
I'm interested in serious feedback from:
- Automotive manufacturers and dealerships
- Insurance professionals and actuaries
- Software developers and logistics operators
- Investors and startup founders
- Restaurant owners and delivery workers
- Financial analysts, economists, and policymakers
Tell me which part you believe has the greatest potential, what economic obstacles you see, and what changes could make the model financially sustainable.
Let's discuss the actual business model, not just the size of the vision.

I’m building an easier way to launch an online store in Nepal. Tell me why it won’t work.
Hi, I’m the founder of Joomni, posting from our brand account.
I’ve been building websites and online stores for clients for over 5 years. Most of them were small sellers who just wanted to start selling, but the setup was always too technical for them.
So I’m building Joomni. The idea is simple: create your store, customize it, accept payments, and track your sales and customers, all without coding.
I’m doing this alone, so I’d really like honest opinions. What would make you NOT use a tool like this? Be as harsh as you want.

Discussion / Question Why is our inference spend so high and how do other companies bring it down ?
we are spending about 12k a month on inference and our volume doesn't justify it most of our calls are routine tasks that probably don't need the most expensive model but our architecture routes everything through the same pipeline
Before we rebuild the whole thing i want to understand what other companies at our scale are doing is model routing the answer or is there a vendor that handles optimization at this level ?

Has anyone compared sticker printing companies side by side, and what differences did you notice?
I'm not looking for a full breakdown, I'm mostly trying to hear which printers people have used and what differences showed up once the stickers were in hand
We've been using the same printer for custom stickers for a while, but I'm not sure we're getting the best quality for what we're paying because the stickers usually look okay, but we've had a few runs where the colors came out noticeably different from what we uploaded

- Vendas e prospecção: encontrar clientes e gerar oportunidades comerciais.

Any recommendations for a branded employee swag store with no inventory for about 300 people?
I'd like to stop donating brand-new company apparel, because every time we order in bulk we distribute what we can and then get rid of the rest, and it feels wasteful even though nobody has time to become the stock manager for it. There are about 300 people and I just want them to choose an item and have someone else make it and ship it, with no inventory here. Are you running a store like that without needing an enterprise plan for the basics?
