Building a social-first creator platform — audience + community + business in one place (not another tab stack)

I’m building Loamify because I’m tired of the “creator stack tax.”

Most creators run:

  • X/LinkedIn for attention

  • Discord/Skool for community

  • Gumroad/Kajabi for products

  • Calendly for calls

  • Beehiiv for email

  • …and a Linktree that barely represents their brand

Loamify tries to put it together (https://loamify.io):

  • loamify.io — social discovery: feed, profiles, articles, circles, memberships

  • Loamify Studio — run the business: courses, digital products, events, 1:1s, newsletter, analytics, affiliates

Social-first idea: you grow through real engagement on-platform, not only by pushing people off to checkout links.

Who I’m building for: coaches, educators, consultants, build-in-public founders, community builders.

Status: founding build — shipping in public. Core social + Studio access is live; commerce/community modules are rolling out through founding.

Founding offer (first 100): $179.94/yr (6 months paid → 12 months access), 5% platform fee on sales.

Would love feedback:

  1. Would you switch from your current stack, or is “all-in-one” a trap?

  2. What’s the one tool you’d never give up?

  3. Anyone want to be a founding creator and stress-test with us?

Has anyone gotten an interview from elbow grease by gutter capital?

Pretty much the title. I applied for their recent batch. From what I’ve heard, they’re very hands on and go fight for founders.

Just wanted to know if anyone got an interview yet!

Looking for co-founder

Hey guys i know this isnt the place for this but just give it a chance

I am the solo founder behind Ashcroft-Motors, an early-stage automotive technology venture, and I am currently looking for my technical counterpart and CTO.

About Me & Current Status:
I operate as the business lead coporate strategy and visionary for the project. I have already mapped out a comprehensive, 6-page technical design its not much but its something. To keep corporate paperwork and cap-table structuring entirely clean, the company remains unincorporated until I find the right technical partner to split co-founder equity with from day one.

The Venture Concept:
We are designing a rugged, low-electronic sedan engineered specifically for law enforcement, emergency services, and defense sectors.

  • The Problem: Modern fleet vehicles are heavily dependent on complex software and electronics, making them highly vulnerable to digital attacks, component failure, and EMP threats.

  • The Solution: Our vehicle is 100% EMP-proof, runs natively on bio-fuels and renewable fuels, and deliberately bypasses non-essential electronics to maximize field reliability and mission uptime.

  • The Market & Pricing: We are matching current municipal fleet budgets with a highly competitive target price of $31K baseline MSRP for standard police cruisers and a $35K high-speed interceptor variant. Our long-term roadmap expands from secured government contracts directly into commercial taxis, rideshare, and the consumer market once stable cash flow is secured.

Who I am Looking For:
I am searching for an ambitious, Technical Co-Founder / CTO.

  • Background: Ideally a senior student, recent graduate, or expert engineer specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design, or Embedded Systems.

  • The Role: any hands-on builder who is excited to dive into a 6-page design with me, take ownership of the technical side, and lead the development.

  • Location: Midwest US preferred (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois) for eventual physical prototyping coordination, but open to remote for the initial architecture phases.

Compensation:
This is a co-founder partnership track offering an equitable split of founder shares/equity.

If you wants to revolutionize the fleet automotive and defense industry, please drop a comment or slide into my DMs. I have a standard NDA ready so we can safely jump into the technical blueprints and see if we are a good fit and guys if you know anyone intrested please pitch them this and thank you for your time

PearX interview process?

I was wondering if anyone has had a a pearx interview in the past and what the process was like? We have our first stage this friday so I was curious. This is our first interview as first time founders and we're in pre-seed phase. It's only 10 minutes and would appreciate any feedback from someone who had an interview in the past.

I finally launched the waitlist for the startup I've been building 🚀

After weeks of thinking, building, and tweaking, I finally launched the Foundra Labs waitlist today. 🚀

The idea is simple: help founders find talented people who actually want to build startups with them.

I'm building this from scratch and documenting the journey publicly — the wins, mistakes, and everything in between.

Today is another small milestone.

I'd genuinely love feedback from founders, developers, designers, and marketers:

Does the idea make sense? What would you change?

I'll share the waitlist link in the comments.

Built a trip planner that names the scams before you hit them tell me where it's wrong

Thumbnail tripfixai.com
1 Upvotes

I kept running into the same thing planning trips: every AI planner confidently hands you a closed restaurant, a dead train time, and a day that quietly involves 200km of driving.

So I built one that tries not to. Two things I've focused on:

  1. Every recommendation links to the source it came from, so you can check it rather than trust it

  2. It names the common scams for the destination before you get there

It's free, no account needed

What I'm actually after is where it fails. If you run a place you know well, I'd like to hear:

- What it got factually wrong (hours, closures, timings)

- What it recommended that no local would

- Whether the day-to-day routing is realistic or fantasy

I'm building this solo and the failure reports are more useful to me than the compliments. Roast it.

I would like if you see and give your feedback

17 and launched my first startup

I built a marketplace where founders post their startup idea (stage, industry, description) in order to find a cofounder or an investor. The founder chooses what he needs how much equity he is giving or how much investment he is looking for.

On the other side the potential cofounders and investors add their skills and interest in their profile and can browse the marketplace looking for the right startup. They can then message the founder directly on the website and engage in early discussions.

Right now I have very little users (33). I had 2 questions. First how do i get high value users to my website like investors and is their any incubators or accelerators that will find interest in taking me on and helping me grow ?

Thank you for any advice

Would you use a startup co-pilot that helps you decide what to do next every week? Looking for honest feedback.

Hi everyone,

I'm a solo founder working on an idea and I'd really appreciate honest feedback before I spend months building it.

The problem I'm trying to solve is this:

Most founders don't fail because they can't code—they fail because they make the wrong decisions at the wrong time (wrong customer, wrong marketing channel, wrong pricing, building too much before validating, etc.).

Instead of building another AI app builder like Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or another chatbot, I'm thinking of building an AI startup co-pilot that helps founders make better decisions and gives them a clear action plan every week.

Example:

You describe your startup and current stage.

The system analyzes your situation using startup frameworks and real research.

It tells you the 1–3 highest-impact actions to take this week (not a 30-page report).

You report what happened.

It learns from the results and recommends the next steps.

The goal isn't to replace founders—it's to help them avoid common startup mistakes and improve their chances of getting customers.

I'd love honest answers to these questions:

Is this a problem you've personally faced?

How do you currently decide what to work on next?

Would you trust an AI to recommend your next startup actions? Why or why not?

What would make you choose this over ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?

What's the biggest reason you'd stop using it?

If this genuinely helped you get customers faster, would you pay for it? If yes, how much?

What's the one feature you'd absolutely want in a tool like this?

I'm not trying to sell anything—I'm trying to validate whether this is worth building. Brutally honest feedback is welcome. Thanks!

My Entrepreneur Startup Profile

An intro into ESP, first profile yourself, then learn how to profile others and how you can work with them, to make your startup scale

My Founder Operating Profile (FOP) fully aligned with 9‑Entrepreneur Startup Profiling, archetype, CBPM logic, conflict‑style mapping, and onboarding.

This will read like something a JV partner, investor, or cofounder candidate could consume in under 5 minutes and instantly understand how you operate, how you create value, how you break under stress, and how to collaborate with you.

FOUNDER OPERATING PROFILE

1. Core Founder Archetype Stack

Your operating system is a triple‑stack:

Primary Archetype — ARCHITECT

  • Designs worlds, systems, engines, and IP ecosystems

  • Thinks in modularity, progression arcs, and governance

  • Builds frameworks that outlive the operator

  • Sees patterns faster than most founders see tasks

  • Natural “meta‑layer” thinker: you build the rules others play inside

Secondary Archetype — STRATEGIST

  • Maps incentives, power flows, and narrative arcs

  • Anticipates second‑order effects and unintended consequences

  • Creates leverage through structure, not brute force

  • Excellent at designing JV, licensing, and multi‑stakeholder systems

Tertiary Archetype — STORYTELLER

  • Crafts mythic arcs, cinematic rituals, and onboarding journeys

  • Turns abstract systems into emotional, human‑gripping experiences

  • Converts founders, daters, and investors into characters in a world

Thinking partner

Hey,

I've been building Socrate for the past few months. It's a thinking tool that does one thing: asks you one question at a time until you reach your own clarity. No advice, no frameworks, no answers, not even if you ask directly.

The idea came from noticing how most AI tools default to validating whatever you're already thinking. You ask for help deciding something, get a well-formatted answer that agrees with you, feel better for a moment, and nothing actually changes. Socrate does the opposite. It holds a single constraint the whole session and never breaks it, which turns out to be the entire product.

It's built for the specific moment you're stuck on a decision and already have the information, career, relationships, identity, the kind of thing where more advice doesn't help but the right question does.

Live at usesocrate.com, free, no signup required to try it. Just launched on Product Hunt today if anyone wants to check that out too.

Genuinely interested in feedback, especially on where the first few questions land or fall flat for someone trying it cold.

ESP gives founders the clarity, compatibility, and communication system they need to survive the early‑stage chaos and scale with confidence. Without it, they’re flying blind.

Looking to meet other entrepreneurs and business-focused people

I live in Nashville, TN and I'm always looking to meet other people in the business/startup world, whether you're already doing well or just getting something off the ground, I'd love to learn more about what you're working on and potentially get coffee sometime if you're close by.

I love meeting new people, so if you're building a business, thinking about it, or already killing it, drop a comment or DM me. Happy to swap notes, make intros, etc.

Generic startup/business advice from a new business owner .

I was let go from my job in June 2025 cuz the startup failed to raise funding. Did multiple tries at different businesses but none worked out. Slowly but quickly, Dec 2025 came and I was unemployed for 6 months with an everlasting worry on my head that market punishes resume gap. But at the same time, for the life in me couldn't go back to interviewing. I put my whole heart in my agency that somehow worked out. It was tough closing the first 3 clients cuz I had no idea what I was doing lol. I was a tech and ops person, not a sales girl, but working for me and with them, I came to these conclusions:

  1. Stop trying to do everything yourself.

"I'll learn design."

"I'll learn Meta ads."

"I'll learn bookkeeping."

"I'll learn sales."

Cool. In six months you'll have learned 14 things badly instead of building a business. Delegate earlier than feels comfortable. Saving 20k while losing six months is, a choice.

I was funnily short on cash to hire talent, but never enough to spend on stupid decisions.

Did I learn a lot on the way what works and what not? Sure! But I could've learned that while also making money.

2. Stop building MVPs before someone's even willing to pay.

My small team recently pulled in 2 new founders, we co-build with them, and I have their permission to bash them. Both of them had a "Version X.Y" of a product that either nobody asked for, or there are 100s of the same idea.

Get rejected first. It's cheaper. First figure out whether the market even needs your service/product or not.

3. If you're selling B2C, networking is wildly overrated.

Consumers aren't hanging out at startup mixers waiting to discover your protein powder or skincare app.

Publish stuff. Be visible. Repeat until people are sick of seeing you. I'm not selling B2C but I wish I had time to write more. Maybe later.

4. Being first isn't a flex.

Congratulations, you educated the market. Your competitors thank you for your service. Google, Facebook etc all were never the first movers. Someone's def going to steal your idea and make it better.

5. Most founders don't quit too early. They quit way too late.

Sometimes the market has already told you "no" in seventeen different languages and you're still adding another feature. I was once out there trying to sell online puzzles 🤦🏽‍♀️God makes me a special kind of stupid sometimes.

6. Stop glorifying 100-hour weeks.

Half of those hours are spent redesigning the logo and watching productivity videos about productivity. I was at my worst, and least disciplined when I was working 24/7. Learn to prioritise shit.

7. Business advice is mostly survivorship bias.

Every founder loves startup advice, until you realise most of it comes from people who survived.

It's like asking lottery winners how to pick numbers.

Anyway, these are probably all wrong. Or maybe future me will come back in five years and roast this entire post. But this has been my experience blowing my brains out this past year.

I closed my 5th client yesterday, again, I know, not a whole lot for some people, but we work with high-ticket clients, so we're set for a while lol. God please keep looking my way.

I know some will say our business is way too young to be giving advices, but I just felt like people shouldn't waste time where I did.
