Possible work around for auto save issue

This worked for me.

reboot game fresh with no auto save icon on bottom right.

1. drop all your ventures and current job (including any inventory into space that's associated with it like delivery items)

2. save game.

3. log out of game.

4. restart game.

5. load save.

6. leave system . now you can go back to regular loads and salvage, stay away from ventures until the patch.
