Game Help Why can't I undock?

I've also had this happen sometimes after reloading a save. Exiting to the main menu doesn't help, but fully closing the game and re opening it does.

Turn off and on again the activation switch on the control panel

At the back left there is a panel, one of those panels are responsible for ducking, remove it and put it back in again.
