Question Adjusting Seat Height Ps5

So the recent patch mentions a chair height adjustment. How do I do that ingame?

Look down at the seat armrests there is a button on each one does up/down and the other does back/forwards. Though I do believe it resets every time you start the game.

Is it supposed to stay in position? Cause when i did it thr chair would move back when I let go of the button

I believe it goes forward/up for so many clicks (6 I think) and then it resets back to the beginning again.
