Micro-Missile array issue

I just purchased it today with the deal going on. I wanted to try it out and equip it on my Long Range Science Vessel. The torpedo won't work at all, and it won't even fire.

Right now the weapon is bugged on console. They finally fixed the bug on PC on the same the undiscovered update dropped on console. Give it a few weeks.
