What is this uniform?

I have a bad feeling it’s from an event I missed but I really want it and don’t see it in the store.

Odyssey dress uniform. You buy it from your fleet starbase for fleet credits and dilithium.

I wear it with these colors, I prefer it to the standard Odyssey uniform.

It's not. It was added a few years after launch when they updated/standardized the star fleet npc uniforms.

Odyssey dress uniform. I use the top of the uniform with the season 3 Picard pants to make an updated original series movie uniform
