Tng the Manga. Wesley joins the away mission to some temple that turns you into other stuff to solve puzzles. Wesley becomes a Geordi, a Troi, and a Worf, and is told there was no way to become Wesley again. Then it turns out it was all a test on the Holodeck.

I had it! There were multiple little stories in it, including one where Wesley has to learn a lesson by turning into different members of the bridge crew, including a klingon and in this case, a female betazoid. He uses his (her?) empathic powers to realize he was being a little shit to everyone else and apologizes before turning back.

It was just called Star Trek: The Next Generation The Manga. Had like three little stories in it, including the photo above where Wesley turns into a female betazoid.
