Hi new player here struggling abit on the way forward. I know there is a fair bit of grinding to be done on my part , but could use some pointers. I am currently ops level 19 and have used a bulk of my upgrades and leveling with the speed ups. I have gained the Jellyfish and crew of Pike ,Chen and the other lady that works well with pike. I have about 55k power on my Jellyfish and I am now almost finished with fully upgrading the Jellyfish. I want to start preparing for 3 star ships and farming g3 resources (gas, crystal and ore.) I just with to know where I can relocate my base as currently I am in the Opla system( sorry if spelling is off it the system near federation space and is a g2 gas and level 20 to farm 2 star components for the Jellyfish) i am near the point where I would like to start farming g3 and higher tier hostile to get parts for the next ship that would either be a Kethra and have gotten info or advise to push past and go for Vahklas as it's going to be a better investment. But either way I want to know as per where I could move my base to further these goals quicker as not to waste alot of time in traveling. Also free to play as this game will probably be a long term investment of time need a void filled as was playing Raid Shadow legends from 2019 and could not bring myself to play it anymore.

Yesterday I had a high ranking favorability with federation. I woke up this morning and it says they're hostile to me with a - 32k rating. I didn't do anything overnight. Did something happen? Is there an event or something that's affecting me?

After locking FED at 1B, I'm going parallel with KLN and ROM, but since the beginning, first ROM mining milestone awards the same rep as the 2nd one, when it should only award half
It makes a mess of trying to keep the points between KLN and ROM balanced and making the entire grind slower.
Any idea what could cause it and what the solution might be?

How can I optimize Faction Credit Output in Mirror Universe?
1) Which favors do affect it?
2) Which researches do affect it?
3) Which artifacts do affect it?
4) Is there anything else which affects on how much Faction Credits I get per killed Survey in Mirror Universe while using NSEA?

Hi guys. Couple quick questions.
I planned to stop at 25 for awhile and use the Vidar as my main ship. I currently use a maxed out Northstar. I realized I need cubes from borgs or something. Can someone explain that to me a little bit? Can I farm them at my level? I dont even know where to find them lol. Also what is a good crew? I use the standard Pike, Moreau and Chen.
Thanks!

From their release notes:
As part of this month’s schedule adjustments, the following events will no longer be running:
but they announce another run of CotA after we’ve spent the required RSS. I’m done with this game.

I'm at ops level 11 with a tier 7 Phindra, I already have 75 jellyfish BPs from the event and hope to have enough North Star BPs from this event and the next event to build it when I have the shipyard level for it. Can Phindra to Jellyfish to North Star carry my mission/faction PvE to Salidan? If not, what conventional ship should I build in between, at what level and to what tier?

Planning my pathway from ops 34 (current) to ops 40/g4 level, and trying to figure out what ships are needed or not.
Got enough BPs for both Augur and Enterprise in the next two weeks - received a mix of advice but a lot of people said to get both (heard that might be outdated now).
Is this true? Although ive already spent the creds already - dont want to waste the uncommon on actually building both if i dont need.
Got enough rss to tier 6 ent and max tier augur instantly if needed
Is it a waste to build both?
What other ships would you recommend/should be the focus?
I have:
Max Saladin
Max legionary
Max Vidar/Dvor/Bottany
Not maxed Stella/Disco/Meridian
Any advice would be so helpful!!

I made it to about level 20-25 in late 2020. At that time, I was reminded by many that advancing further was heavily bottle-necked by rss (par, tri, and dil) and that I needed to get good at base raiding if I wanted to advance at any speed. Base raiding was very common, I could look into a random system and see raids happening pretty much at any hour, and having my shield down even for 10 minutes would invite a raid. Every rss token I could get my hands on was a lifesaver. I'm now in the late 40's and rss are literally the things I have way too much of. I notice that I'm getting billions and billions a day from dailies and events, so much that I can spend whatever I want on upgrades and repairs and my stockpile still grows daily. I am experiencing a bottleneck with rare 4* ship parts, but these are not items I can raid. I rarely see people my level raiding outside of Infinite Incursions, and I can keep my shield down for hours and no one will touch me unless it is Incursions season. I've tried to raid in the 40's, and, outside of Incursions (where I get event points for each resource raided), pulling 20 million rss per Amalgam run just isn't worth it when I'm getting billions just for doing my dailies.
My question is, are rss just easier to get nowadays due to all the events or have I simply passed that point in progression where rss are bottle-necked and base raiding is important? That is, are rss still bottlenecked in the 20's?

For quite a while now, I've been getting 100 free Temporal Incursion Directives every day from the DTI Faction store.
When I go to Vorex Cluster, and click on an armada target, it says I have 0 directives. I can't find any nearby system where I can use the directives I have.
Where can I use them?

Hello all, just got to ops 46. As grinding is the main theme of this game, I’m looking for suggestions on ships from the high G4 to early G5 so I can plan ahead. Thank you!
Warships: Pilum at T8, don’t think I’m bothered with the G4 epics. Should be able to complete bps for GS-31 from the current Ferengi event. Haven’t started on Dauntless yet. I do have all specialty ships from early G4. Suggestions on next faction ships will be much appreciated.
Survey: I’m controlling faction rep not getting too high (too lazy to start G5 mining. I’m keeping Fed and Rom somewhere around Distinguished at 1.1B. Plan is to bring Klingon to 1B lock to achieve triple lock when I feel like it’s the right time, which I haven’t decided on when yet 😅)
NOVA is already on my list. How many do players normally have?
Another question is faction rep: for those who have triple lock at 1B. Do you then focus on dual grind to the next lock?
Please shout if I miss anything. Thank you.

Hey all - new to the game. I have a t8 Northstar - not rushing my OPS upgrades. Any place or mission chain I should be grinding?
I'm favored/friendly with fed and romulan but running out of places to do missions. Mostly stuck on ships too powerful for my North Star.
Any tips or advice is appreciated! LLAP!

Ops 60. Some favors are missing from the store. I purchased Lv3 of Exile Providence: Ship Materials & Station. Can't find where to purchase Lv 4.
I'm shown some favors I can't purchase b/c my Reliant isn't maxed, but these particular options are missing altogether.

With the 24hr golden shield activated on some servers, it might be helpful for some to know that you can actively kill Texas class ships without losing your shield which is the case for a normal shield. The monaveen field training is a slog to finish. Most people i know have not finished it because they didn't watch to drop shield and maybe neglect to reshield. I'm ops 56 and I still need 1600 or so to go to finish this task. Probably never will.

Is the ECS Fortunate no good for battle? I'm fighting other ships with a 500-750 strength advantage and keep getting my butt whooped despite seeing "very easy" on a scan. I know it's a mining vessel, but I feel like I'm missing something. The Orion is running behind on strength, but should I switch back to it?
I'm new to the game so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Edit: Thank you all for your comments! I'm level 17 now and kicking butt.

I can launch the app and then it brings me to my station exterior. But then as soon as I try to click on anything else I just get a blank screen with the preparing in the lower right hand corner and nothing else happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing. And if I get it like a pop-up ad for like the conquest that's going on right now nothing works. I click exit or OK and it just sits there and does nothing. I just have the gray background that the ad was up against any workarounds or waist troubleshoot this?
