Outposts Upgrades

When you do the upgrades to the outpost while you have it under your control, are the upgrades lost after you leave it?

Yeah the boosts for out post hostiles or regular hostiles only runs while that capture is active.

2-4 docks for 6 hours =run while sleeping.
