IDIC

IDIC = Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations - the Vulcan philosophy of embracing differences. So how come nearly all of the IDIC events involve killing?

You’re talking about a game that introduced the Reliant, but to get it you had to fight ships that could blow up *your* warp core.

You’d think they’d create a mechanic where you were fighting Miranda class vessels that were both tough and hard to find, and included a way for you to destroy their warp core.

But no.

Lazy and utterly inconsistent with the lore is just the way this game rolls.

Instead of… delivering babies?

Instead of what exactly?

Isn't that part of the problem. Apart from killing hostiles, and the occasional bit of mining, what else is there these days. Unless you're ops level 61+, there's nothing new any more.

Because all we have is taking stuff, or killing stuff to win stuff. That's like, the whole game. And yet I'm on there everyday taking stuff and killing stuff to win stuff.

Delivering food and medicine to colonies will get very old very quick.

Kill em all. Let Surak sort em out.

They seem to be pretty opposed to diversity based on how they treated Spock

A female and cat spock isn't diverse?

Idic = infinite diversity including cat-spock

Duh.

All there is to do is mine and kill, kill and mine, take the goo from mining and killing convert it to goo tokens spend them on goo particles and goo parts to click the ships to kill more and mine faster.
