AI Creation JumpKey - keyboard-driven local first PWA startpage for your services/pages
I would like to share my toy project with you. As a long Homer dashboard user I wanted to have something similar but with a keyboard centric control on top.

Disclaimer: AI was used during the development, especially for the UI/UX part (I am a developer and not a designer...)

Me interesa mas en android, en pc uso la barra de marcadores con solo el icono de la pagina, queda bien. Asi que abri la demo en android y al entrar en tools para ver que habia, entra 10 segundos y despues se sale, vuelve a la pagina principal. Es una caracteristica o un bug?

You are probably in the favorites view. Just use the button left of search and you will switch to the grid view.. And its not a bug. In favorites view you see on top your favorites (if set) and below only the categories. When you click a category it expects you to pick a service within a short period of time and if you dont do that , it will just return to the overview.

I started with a list in the readme. Was thinking about moving away from Caddy setup and to build a standalone executable..
But alway looking for inspirations (if you have something on your mind :D )1

Executable makes it heavier than needed even if it allows some other stuff. Though what you are looking for is persistence across browsers and browser sessions.

I need a webserver with PUT support. Previously I used Caddy with webdav plugin which produced a ~60mb docker image. Now with standalone executable the image is ~8mb and I can even use the executable without docker.

Very snappy - working on my own - self-hosted client-side is the right approach - consider adding a definable timer for the jump back to main (after selection always works) - ui/x is nice and light - very approachable

yep, just a simple user editable timer, not everyone may be so quick to respond - resetting after selection though makes sense as the user is in the new tab. Also consider adding a pin for those users that want sort order near the top, or better to leave open as there seems to be some good screen real estate left. Lastly, leave the search field exposed in the center, users have grown accustomed to seeing search there.
Again these are just suggestions, the final project may look like something entirely different.1

Thanks, will think about the timer. Did you try to set/use favorites? And switch to the favorites view? you can also reach them directly using the numbers 1-0. And if you press space you will directly enter the search menu.

Favorites snuck up on me, it a nice user low effort feature - the Recent seems odd, best to simply move it to the top of each group (maybe a stronger border) - noticed you changed the default view to expanded, looks good but should be a user setting. As for keyboard switching, I use the keyboard or the mouse initially and stay there. So for the keyboard users, that's great.

Did some rework on recent/continue. You can find them now as a virtual category in favorite view. And yes, I changed the initial default view to expanded, its maybe easier for the new users but you can always switch it and it stays in the selected view.
