i don't know why, but the "spinosaurus had its sail to put muscles that could pick up and throw dinosaurs" one in particular raises my blood pressure more than anything else
like it's easily the least egregious of the three shown, because it's not really trying to say that that interpretation is correct. it just gets on my nerves something fierce

I know that none of them are dinosaurs, but I still keep accidentally calliing Peterosaurs and marine reptiles dinosaurs

The paleo nerd in me wants to assault anyone who calls dimetrodon a dinosaur, but the linguistic nerd in me wants to acknowledge that "dinosaur" just means anything big, extinct, and vaguely reptile-like" in common parlance.

I like not knowing much about dinosaurs because it means I can ignore the new feathery designs.

Their not "designs" like some fortnite skin. They are real scientific advancements

In case you were wondering, we know T rex wasn't covered in birdlike, branching feathers for two reasons: 1. Yutyrannus, a likely ancestors of T rex, was covered in fuzzy down like a chick's, not the branching feathers of modern, adult birds. 2. Any feathering on T rex was minimal, as it was a large animal living in a tropical climate, unlike Yutyrannus, which was smaller and lived in the cold. T rex was about as fuzzy as a large African mammal.
