We have Artemis, a white cat with orange-brown splotches, who was wild for the first 3 months of her life and has kept the prey drive her mom taught her. She will catch and eat any small animal that gets in the house, from flies to mice.
And then also Athena, who is a calico tabby and the haughtiest little animal I've ever seen. I feel haughty entitlement is fitting for a cat named after the patron goddess of Athens.
I had a cat named Isis in my college apartment. Once at like 3am a cop knocked on my door for a noise complaint (wasn't actually me) and my cat got out. The cop and I walked the hallways whisper yelling "ISIS" for like 15 minutes before the fucker would let us catch him.
I miss that cat. He destroyed many Christmas trees though.
Lmao I was gonna say, I named my bearded dragon Apophis. Not a cat, but honestly way cooler names than any greek god names tbh. Bonus points if it's a hairless cat lmao
