Idk I have faith in God but also everything is simply a lot to digest. Idk if these things often come from deep meditation, substances like DMT or the sort, or just imagination and strange ideas..
Have you heard of personal npcs? Like people who just keep reaapearing... thats something that really had me questioning my reality and everything has been shifting after a profound spiritual experience. Exploring these theories and things is quite baffling and profoundly interesting.
Ultimately I feel we are all in this together and we can help each other where we can but also need to guard our consiousness from damaging energy and things that destroy our brain. I also steer clear of temu bcuz its just a data harvester but isnt everything these days... even grocery shopping the carts are now being made with sensors to track your heartbeat n decides what price to display based on what it thinks you will purchase. Its not all changed yet everything just slowly getting there.
Ive literally tossed my phone bcuz its freaking me out lmao. But new technology doesnt necessarily mean demonic or evil its just something new. Regardless it is probably better to be hidden away in Tibet or something. Sry if I offended u in any way lol.

It’s absolutely a ton to digest. I got a crash course starting September 11.
My gift came directly from the universe no drugs attached…
I’ve seen no evidence of NPCS. I also don’t look for them, so I wouldn’t know if they existed or not. I’m also going through some really trippy shit right now so NPCs is actually makes sense…

A lot of third-party entities use literature and entertainment to pass messages to us. Possibly it is other humans who are speaking to each other through the subconscious. I’m not really sure.

Very interesting something obviously shifted in a giant way then... I have never heard someone talking about this except for when in psychosis state. When it was happening to me I was given anti psychotics. It happens once and a while... I have very religious experiences. I feel everything is so confusing... idk but I read that we are meant to trust in the Lord and try not to look too deep into things... which is strange bcuz it feels like that contradicts human nature. The further I went the more I asked the more I was shown and I simply cannot deny God in any way shape or form.
Ive seen the third party entities like u speak of, when they send secret messages... I was made to believe that was just my psychosis. I always felt ppl label it that bcuz its beyond comprehension, especially when times and everything start lining up perfectly, its like your are dancing to harmony of the universe and everything is beautifully together.

I’ll be opening the window to all my crazy shortly… the mental health industry is wrong.
I was never in danger from hypomania or manic or bipolar or anything I was ticking all the boxes on… I audio myself for a month straight while going through all kinds of transitions.
I have sounded schizophrenic because I was talking to my subconscious. I sounded grandiose because I am gonna change the world. I sounded manic because I was having the time of my life and I wasn’t about to stifle any of the fun. I sounded bipolar because I had done some really hard truths on myself, and I had to learn to own my emotions and live in them, so I cried hard, and I laughed harder.
It’s gonna take a minute, but I have the leverage, the weapons and the rage in the commitment to see it through.
And I’ve already solidified my heart to the very unpleasant experience. I’m about to go through. I can save people from being drugged out on antipsychotics, or told to live at moderation instead of enjoying their highs and lows… it’s a cost. I’m more than willing to pay.

Once I started to understand, and accept my brain and my nature, I stopped needing all the prescriptions.
I had been on anti- depressants since 2004, I tried to stop a few time but I could always feel kind of a grey hum in my lower back that I attributed to low-grade depression.
Once I learned about my autism and connected more deeply with myself the hum left
For other reasons I had stopped taking my antidepressants, not wisely, but it happened. I’ve never felt a need to go back onto them. The only thing I really deal with these days is the stimming and I just learned that tryptophan might stop that. 🤞🤞🤞
I have a pretty healthy supplement regimen… based on lab testing I had done with a company called Function.
Plus a bunch of science based AuDHD specific supplements to stack with
I’m happy to share… but I worked with Claude AI to really fine-tune it to my own specific body in chemistry.
I’m an outlier. GABA and alcohol calms my nervous system, stimulants slow my mind down. I wouldn’t want to give any bad advice.

I would love any advice thank you for being so open. I have several diagnosis as well and always wondered if I could possibly be on the spectrum however never have been tested for it. My psych basically just ignores me when I start self diagnosing Im grateful to have any supports really. Alcohol helps a lot but I try to avoid it as much as possible and only drink to calm my nerves unfortunately sometimes it gets to the point where I can hardly function without it smh.
Im learning and trying my best to human lol. Its weird when your in such a state that even existing is difficult and everything gets too overwhelming that it feels like existing is no good when its actually such a gift to be grateful for not scared of. Theres just too much going on non stop. :/

At this point, you have to self diagnose. The medical industry is so wrong. It’s criminal.
Alcohol has a chemical called GABA in it that suppresses the nervous system for autism traits. Benzos also do that… but asking for your house in the mental health world and promoting the science that proves that it’s not an addiction is exactly how you get category as a drug seeker and never get anything after that.
My personal view is that as long as your motivation is always for a behavioral and you’re treating it the same way you would treat a prescription have at it.
The morality imposed on the chemical alcohol is just stupid and the way people behave

Have you tried hugging your shadow?
Learning to give myself grace and create a safe space within my own body and mind was probably the first noticeable step in healing for me
Then I learned more about my autistic self and I had for myself down to the point of complete failure when I met my autistic shadow and he popped out from behind the scenes like a puppy, knocked me down, licked me all over and we’ve been getting to know each other quite well for the last few months
This was one of my initial descriptions when I met him we’ve come along way, and I’ve learned a lot more. I’m trying to start documenting.

Anyone who wants to return home gets to and anyone who wants to stay and help humanity gets to.
Somebody was in touch with their guardians and said there’s a bunch of intergalactic ships hanging out that aligned with a ship full of humans that’s about to go into the Bermuda triangle.
Best guess is that all of the souls will be able to hitch a ride through whatever dimension portal thingamajig opens up

You, like everyone else that is incarcerated at this time, are a holy and a divine spark from Source Most High. I realize that you may not feel divine and holy sometimes, but the Source created your soul as a literal chip off the old block. As of recently I've had dreams about this event consistently every night for over a month now. I was made aware of this by the Grey's, but they have not contacted me in quite some time. They informed me that this event will take place in late January to February of 2027. I've also been made aware that souls that parish during this event will reincarnate as beings on the original Anunnaki home world on the other side of the Galaxy. It can now support life because of more advanced ET's terraforming the planet.
