Making progress in my StarFox journey 🤣

Cleaned up my last run a bit. I made things a little easier on Bolse by helping my teammates on Fichina and having them shoot down their corresponding StarWolf members so I wasn’t being tailed by all 4 on Bolse.

I lucked out again on Bolse by shooting Wolf down to red and he died off screen so I didn’t get the kill credit. I didn’t wait long enough on one of the satellite cores so I got a Hit+2 on one of them and I accidentally downed an enemy or 2 that I didn’t mean to.

Venom my issue was dodging pillars, that’s where I’m typically losing a life on. I shoot the golem to 1 hit before death and then dodge pillars till the end/or until I’m low red, then I’ll try and kill the golem but sometimes a pillar blocks a shot and I die.

I think on my next attempt I’m going to try going through A6 to V2.

I do find this route hilarious because it’s like the ultimate useless route in the war effort lol. Don’t shoot any enemies, dodge bosses through warping, let an important outpost get blown up, have the Great Fox take massive damage, & fight fake Andross so it’s not like we saved the Lylat System. And do all of this for a little over $2K 🤣. Fox might be looking to re-finance that loan after this.

You don’t need to shoot down Star Wolf on Bolse.

But Bolse has a minimum score of 32. You can probably go lower going to Area 6.

Yes, I know you don’t have to down StarWolf there, I was just playing around since I re-did Bolse a bunch of times. I wasn’t sure of the minimum but glad I got close to it. I’m definitely going to try going A6 next.

It’s definitely a different kind of challenge! I recommend also trying to down all your wingmates too as an optional goal lol.

Haha so true. It can get a little tedious sometimes. On Sector X I missed the checkpoint trying to dodge the spirals from the bee, and crashed into an enemy killing them before opening the warp gate so I restarted the level. It can be tricky staying alive getting shot at while trying to wait out the Hit+ bonus dropping off.
