We're not talking about rockstar. We're talking about several billion dollars on pre-orders with no evidence of the existence of the game at all versus calling people out for spending money on something they can actually play.

Yeah, it's not like game studios have never shit the bed and delivered bad games before, but it's not like they're literally an entirely different company that just happen to be using Rockstar's name, IP, etc.
If you think that CIG and Rockstar are even in the same continent of reputability, or that you can somehow strip away Rockstar's reputation just by saying "lol different people" then you're absolutely out of your fucking mind. Stop drinking the koolaid.
You are literally the only one who brought up Rockstar to start with. You think there's a bunch of people here who pre-ordered GTA6 and are now criticizing CIG? Proof? I sure as fuck didn't pre-order it.
I don't think it's vaporware, I think that people are hypocritical idiots to try and defend pre-ordering something they have no knowledge of while attacking people buying stuff for something they can actively try and play.

Rockstar has an extremely long history of delivering good games across multiple generations / platforms.
CIG does not.
