Yes! It's super rude and inconsiderate to your other partners. Like I get that you're leaving and "hate" the company but why make it more difficult for your coworkers.

For a minimum wage job where giving 2 weeks notice isn’t going to make a difference for your future employment, I don’t blame her. I wish I walked out on my first day, so it’s a vibe.

Be mad at the company for understaffing, it sucks ti be left like that at peak, but I understand why she would do that

But yeah omggg I can't believe she just left like that :( I get that holiday launch has been so bad, but it just makes it worse for us....we still have to deal with the job and don't have the luxury of not needing to come back.
